Make the best use of our space. Peterborough Libraries meeting rooms are extremely versatile and as such can cater to a variety of layouts. Ideal for interviews or confidential meetings and in each room the layout is simple and eloquent.

Premium Room Hire

Offering a premium space for private meetings, office work and studies. The room includes computer use, scanner, premium WiFi, water cooler and accommodates up to 4 people.

From £15 per hour or £20 per hour with a parking space included.

L P Hartley room

Located on the first floor of Central Library, the LP Hartley room is ideal for smaller meetings and presentations. The room features a kitchenette, a projector and seating for up to 35 people and is an ideal break out room for events held in the John Clare Theatre.

Meeting room

The meeting room can be set up in a boardroom, u-shape or theatre style seating arrangement, and can accommodate up to 20 people (depending on the layout). The room is equipped with a small kitchen area.

It has a large table that can seat 6 people comfortably. There are no kitchen facilities but we are able to provide light refreshments (Additional costs per head).
