Make the best use of our space. Peterborough Libraries meeting rooms are extremely versatile and as such can cater to a variety of layouts. Ideal for interviews or confidential meetings and in each room the layout is simple and eloquent.

Premium room hire

Based in Central Library

Offering a premium space for private meetings, office work and studies. The room includes computer use, scanner, premium WiFi, water cooler and accommodates up to 2 people.

From £10 per hour or £12.50 per hour with a parking space included.

L P Hartley room (Central Library)

Located on the first floor of Central Library, the LP Hartley room is ideal for smaller meetings and presentations. The room features a kitchenette, a projector and seating for up to 35 people and is an ideal break out room for events held in the John Clare Theatre.

From £25 per hour

Meeting room (Bretton Library)

The meeting room can be set up in a boardroom, u-shape or theatre style seating arrangement, and can accommodate up to 20 people (depending on the layout). The room is equipped with a small kitchen area.

Suitable for one-to-one meetings, groups of up to 4 people, or private use. There are no kitchen facilities.

It has a large table that can seat 6 people comfortably. There are no kitchen facilities but we are able to provide light refreshments (Additional costs per head).
